# Overage Account

The Overage Account page manages accounts that hold excess funds arising from operational errors, unintended deposits, or transactional mismatches. When more money ends up in an account than expected, it's recorded here so you can track it separately from regular account activity. Use this page to set up new overage accounts, review or update existing ones, and remove accounts that are no longer needed, helping you investigate discrepancies and keep account balances accurate.

### Accessing the Overage Account Page

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Operation**.
3. Select **Business Automation** from the dropdown.
4. Select **Overage Account.**

## Managing Overage Account

### Set up An Overage Account

To set up a new Overage Account:

1. Click the **"Add"** button at the top of the page
2. Select the appropriate **Branch** and **Account** in the modal
3. Click **Save**
4. Click the **"Yes, I want to proceed"** button to confirm and set up the account, or **"No, thanks"** to cancel

## Modify Overage Account

To modify Overage Account setup:

1. In the **Actions** column, click the **three vertical dots (⋮)** next to what you wish to edit
2. Select **Modify** from the dropdown menu
3. Make the necessary updates
4. Click **Update**
5. Click the **"Yes, I want to proceed"** button to confirm and apply the changes, or **"No, thanks"** to cancel

## View Overage Account

To view the details of an overage account:

1. In the **Actions** column, click the **three vertical dots (⋮)** next to what you wish to view
2. Select **View** to see the full details

## Delete An Overage Account

To delete Overage Account:

1. In the **Actions** column, click the **three vertical dots** (**⋮**) next to what you wish to delete.
2. Select **Delete** from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the "**Yes, I want to Proceed" button** to save and apply the changes.

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the **Filter** button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click **Apply** to display the filtered results
