# Cash Suspense Account

The Cash Suspense Account page is designed for managing accounts that contain temporarily unresolved or unclassified cash transactions. This page assists administrators in correctly classifying these suspense transactions. It ensures that each transaction is assigned to the appropriate account and that no funds remain in suspense for extended periods.

### Accessing the Cash Suspense Account Page

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Operation**.
3. Select **Business Automation** from the dropdown.
4. Select **Cash Suspense Account.**

## Managing Cash Suspense

### Set up A Cash Suspense Account

To set up a new Cash Suspense:

1. Click the "**Add**" button at the top of the page.
2. Select the appropriate  **Branch** and **Account** in the modal.
3. Click **Save**.
4. Click the "**Yes, I want to Proceed" button** to save and apply the changes.

## Modify Cash Suspense Account

To modify Cash Suspense Account details:

1. In the **Actions** column, click the **three vertical dots** (**⋮**) next to what you wish to edit.
2. Select **Modify** from the dropdown menu.
3. Make the necessary updates.
4. Click **Update** to save and apply the changes.

## Delete A Cash Suspense Account

To delete Cash Suspense Account:

1. In the **Actions** column, click the **three vertical dots** (**⋮**) next to what you wish to delete.
2. Select **Delete** from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the "**Yes, I want to Proceed" button** to save and apply the changes.
