The Theme Setup page allows you to customise the appearance and branding of the Internet banking platform. This setup ensures that your platform's design aligns with your brand identity, creating a visually cohesive and recognisable experience for users.
Log into the core banking application with your credentials.
From the dashboard, navigate to E-Channels.
Select Internet Banking.
Click on Theme Setup under the Internet Banking dropdown.
In this section, you can set the basic details for the internet banking theme, such as:
Name: The name of the application.
Prefix: Short identifier for branding.
Email: Contact email for support or inquiries.
SEO Keywords: Keywords to optimize the platform’s visibility on search engines.
Domain Name: The URL where the platform is hosted.
App Store Link and Play Store Link: Links to the mobile app on respective stores.
This section enables you to upload or update the image shown on the login page, helping to create a branded and welcoming first impression for users accessing the platform.
Here, you can upload the bank or application's official logo. This logo will be displayed across the platform, reinforcing the brand identity.
In this section, you can set an image for the onboarding navigation page. This image helps create a consistent visual experience for users during the onboarding process.
This section allows you to set the favicon, a small icon displayed on browser tabs, which makes it easy to identify the platform among multiple open tabs.
This section lets you add banners that will be displayed on the platform's left and right sides. Banners can highlight promotions, announcements, or important updates to users.
Remember to click Save to apply the changes to your platform’s theme.
