The Data Migration page allows you to efficiently transfer existing customer and account data into the Udara360 Core Banking System. This feature streamlines importing various types of banking data through a simple file upload interface. Whether you're migrating corporate accounts, individual customers, or loan data, the system accepts data in .xlsx format to ensure consistency and accuracy. Types of Data Migration

Here are all the available options for data migration in Udara360:

Migration Type	Description
Corporate Customer Account Creation	Enables you to bulk upload corporate customer profiles and their associated account information
Customer Balance	Allows you to migrate existing customer balance data into the system
Fixed Deposit Account	Used for importing fixed deposit account details and their associated terms
GL Balance	Facilitates the migration of General Ledger balance information
GL Creation	Migrate General Ledger accounts through bulk upload
Group Customer Creation	Supports the migration of group customer profiles and their related data
Group Member Mapping	Enables you to map and associate members to specific customer groups
Individual Customer Creation	Used for bulk uploading individual customer profiles and account details
Loan Account	Facilitates the migration of existing loan account information
Loan Schedule	Allows you to import loan repayment schedules and terms
Overdraft Account	Supports the migration of overdraft account details and limits

• Always use the provided template to ensure your data matches the required format.

• The system only accepts files in .xlsx format.

• Verify your data before uploading to avoid any inconsistencies.

• The current financial date displayed at the top of the page will be used as the reference date for your migration.
