# Data Migration

The Data Migration page allows you to efficiently transfer existing customer and account data into the Udara360 Core Banking System. This feature streamlines importing various types of banking data through a simple file upload interface. Whether you're migrating corporate accounts, individual customers, or loan data, the system accepts data in `.xlsx` format to ensure consistency and accuracy.

### Types of Data Migration

Here are all the available options for data migration in Udara360:

### Upload Process

The upload process remains consistent across all migration types:

1. Navigate to the desired migration type from the left sidebar menu.
2. You'll see a file upload interface where you can either:
   * Click "Browse" to select your file.
   * Drag and drop your file directly into the designated area.
3. Ensure your file is in `.xlsx` format.
4. Before uploading your data, you can download the standard template by clicking the **"Download Format"** button (the template name will vary depending on the migration type).
5. Click the new button that appears to proceed with your Data Migration. &#x20;

### **Note:**

* Always use the provided template to ensure your data matches the required format.
* The system only accepts files in `.xlsx` format.
* Verify your data before uploading to avoid any inconsistencies.
* The current financial date displayed at the top of the page will be used as the reference date for your migration.
