# My Approvals

The My Approvals page gives you a view of all approval requests that you have initiated within Operations in Udara360. Use this page to track the current status of your requests and monitor where each one is in the approval process. This guide will walk you through accessing and filtering your approval records.

## Accessing My Approvals

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Operations** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Approvals** and Select **My Approvals** from the dropdown list

#### **Features of the My Approvals Page**

The page displays the following details for each approval request;&#x20;

S/N, Request ID, Function Name, Initiator's Name, Initiator's Branch, Account Name, Amount, Level and Description, Date Approved, Posting Reference, Approval Status, Date Logged, Comment, Sanctioned By, and Actions.

## Viewing an Approval Request

1. In the **Actions column,** click the three vertical dots next to the request you want to view
2. Select **View** to see the full details of the approval request

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the **Filter** button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click **Apply** to display the filtered results
