Bills Payment
The Bills Payment feature allows you to process various bill payments through multiple channels, including mobile, web, and internet banking. This module supports payment categories such as betting, internet services, airtime purchases, and utility bills. With real-time transaction processing and status tracking, you can efficiently manage and monitor all bill payment transactions while keeping detailed records for auditing and reconciliation purposes.

Accessing the Bill Payment Page
Log into the application using your credentials
From the dashboard, locate E-Channels in the side menu
Select Bills Payment from the dropdown menu
Select Bills Payment from the Bills Payment dropdown list.
How to Paying a Bill
Follow the steps below to initiate a bill payment:
Click on the Pay a Bill Button located at the top page.
Fill in any of the following search fields:
Customer ID
Account Number
Account Name
Reference Number
Click the Search button to find the relevant result
Choose the relevant account to continue
Select the Bill Type
Choose your preferred bill provider.
Fill in the necessary information based on the bill type and click continue.
Select the relevant Account Signatory and click on Proceed.
Click the "Yes, I want to proceed" button to reconfirm action.

Status Monitoring
You can track payments through various status indicators:
CONFIRMED: Completed payments
PENDING: Payments in process
PENDING_PROCESSING: Payments under verification
Posting successful: Transactions that have been posted to the account
Export and Filter Options
Exporting Data:
Click the "Export" button in the top right corner
Choose your preferred format to download the payment records
Filtering Results:
Use the "Filter" button to narrow down payments by specific criteria
Click "Reset Filter" to clear all applied filters
