Account Upgrade Request

The Account Upgrades Request page is specifically designed to streamline the review and management of account upgrade requests. This page simplifies account management by enabling you to view and handle each request directly, making it easier to manage a high volume of upgrade requests efficiently.

Accessing the Account Upgrade Request Page

  1. Log into the application using your credentials

  2. From the dashboard, navigate to E-Channels

  3. Select Internet Banking

  4. Click on Account Upgrade Request

Manage Account Upgrade Request

To approve or decline a user account upgrade request:

  1. Click the view Icon under the Action column on the far right of the row.

  2. To manage a user account upgrade request:

    1. Once the user information appears, scroll down.

    2. Click either the Approve or Decline button based on your preference.

  3. Confirm the action by clicking the “Yes, I want to proceed” button.
