# Credit Bureau Report

The Credit Bureau Report allows you to generate a summary of loan and credit data for submission to credit bureaus within a specified reporting period. Use this report to support your credit reporting obligations and maintain accurate credit records for customers. This guide will walk you through generating the Credit Bureau Report.

## Accessing Credit Bureau Report

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Reports** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Regulatory Reports** and Select **Credit Bureau Report** from the dropdown list

## Generating the Report

1. Select the Reporting Date for the report
2. Enter the Period in the Period (In Months) field, this specifies the number of months the report should cover
3. Click Generate
4. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your download is in progress, click OK to dismiss it
5. Navigate to the Download Manager to access the completed file once it is ready
