# Download Manager

The Download Manager gives you a centralised log of all report exports initiated within Udara360. Use this page to retrieve previously generated report files using the download link provided for each entry. This guide will walk you through accessing and downloading files from the Download Manager.

This page displays records only when report exports have been initiated. If no exports have been generated, the table will show **"No records available."**

## Accessing Download Manager

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Reports** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Operational Reports** and Select **Download Manager** from the dropdown list

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the Filter button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click Apply to display the filtered results
