# Account Balance Movement

The Account Balance History Report gives you a detailed transaction-level view of account activity within Udara360, showing each posting alongside the corresponding running balance. Use this report for reconciliation, audit reviews, and investigating specific transactions on a customer account. This guide will walk you through accessing, filtering, and exporting the Account Balance History Report.

## Accessing Account Balance Movement

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Reports** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Operational Reports** and Select **Account Balance Movement** from the dropdown list

## Filtering the Report

1. Enter the Financial Date (From) and Financial Date (To) in the date fields at the top of the page to specify the period you want to view
2. Click the Filter button for additional filter criteria
3. Click Apply to display the filtered results

## Exporting the Report

1. Click the Export button at the top of the page
2. Select your preferred format; CSV or Excel
3. The file will download automatically to your device
