# PFIs

The PFIs page gives you a complete view of all Partner Financial Institutions registered within Udara360. You can view institution profiles, modify records, manage due diligence and credit limits, download offer letters, and access KYC information and master financing agreements. This guide will walk you through all actions available on the PFIs page.

## Accessing PFIs

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **LMS** in the side menu.
3. Select **PFIs** from the dropdown list

## Available Actions

In the Actions column, click the three vertical dots next to the PFI record you want to manage and select from the following options:

* **Modify** - update the details of the PFI record
* **View** - view the full profile of the PFI
* **Due Diligence** - access and manage due diligence information for the PFI
* **Credit Limit** - view or update the credit limit assigned to the PFI
* **Download Offer Letter** - download the offer letter for the PFI
* **KYC Information** - view the KYC details submitted by the PFI
* **Master Financing Agreement** - access the master financing agreement for the PFI

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the Filter button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click Apply to display the filtered results
