# Collateral Management
The Collateral Management page allows you to manage collateral records linked to PFI loan applications within Udara360. You can add new collateral entries, view existing records, and monitor the valuation, perfection status, and enforcement validation of each collateral item. This guide will walk you through all actions available on the Collateral Management page.
## Accessing Collateral Management
1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **LMS** in the side menu.
3. Expand **PFI Lending** and Select **Collateral Management** from the dropdown list
## Adding a New Collateral Record
1. Click the Add button at the top left of the page
2. Select the Partner Code from the dropdown and the Partner Name and Partner Email Address will autofill
3. Select the Type of Collateral from the dropdown
4. Enter the Collateral Valuation amount
5. Enter a Detailed Description of the collateral
6. Enter the Collateral Current Location
7. Select the Collateral's Currency Domiciliation from the dropdown
8. Select the Collateral Perfection Status from the dropdown
9. Enable the Enforced Validation toggle if validation should be enforced for this collateral
10. Under Collateral Documents Upload, click Add New Document or drag and drop your file into the upload area, accepted formats are jpg, png, bmp, jpeg, docx, and pdf
11. Click Save to add the collateral record
## Filtering the Records
1. Click the Filter button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click Apply to display the filtered results
