Batch Upload & Validation
The Batch Upload & Validation page allows you to upload end beneficiary records in bulk using a pre-formatted Excel template within Udara360. Once uploaded, the system validates each record and routes successful and failed entries to their respective pages for review. This guide will walk you through downloading the template, uploading your file, and submitting it for validation.
Accessing Batch Upload & Validation
Log into the application using your credentials.
From the dashboard, navigate to LMS in the side menu.
Expand End Beneficiary Mgt. and Select Batch Upload & Validation from the dropdown list
Uploading a Batch File
Click Download Batch Template to download the Excel template
Fill in the required beneficiary details in the template and save the file
Click Browse or drag and drop your completed file into the upload area; only .xlsx files are accepted
Enable the Enable Preview? toggle if you want to preview the data before processing
Click Upload to submit the file for validation
📌Once the upload is processed, successfully validated records will appear in the Successful End Beneficiaries page and failed records will appear in the Failed End Beneficiaries page.
