# All Approvals

The All Approvals page gives you a complete view of every approval request logged across the LMS in Udara360. Use this page to monitor the full approval trail across all loan-related actions and review the history of any individual request. This guide will walk you through viewing and filtering approval records on the All Approvals page.

## Accessing All Approvals

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **LMS** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Approvals** and Select **All Approvals** from the dropdown list

## Viewing an Approval Request

1. In the Actions column, click the three vertical dots next to the request you want to view
2. Select View to see the full details of the approval request

## Viewing Approval History

1. In the Actions column, click the three vertical dots next to the request
2. Select View History to see the full approval trail for that request

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the Filter button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click Apply to display the filtered results
