# Sanction Screening

The Sanction Screening page allows you to manage a list of identifiers, including BVN, NIN, email addresses, TIN, and phone numbers, that have been flagged for sanctions within Udara360. You can add new entries, attach a message to each record, and review existing sanction screening records. This guide will walk you through all actions available on the Sanction Screening page.

This page displays records only when sanction screening entries have been added. If no records are available, the table will show "No records available."

## Accessing Sanction Screening

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Fraud Monitor** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Fraud Monitor** and Select **Sanction Screening** from the dropdown list

## Adding a Sanction Screening Entry

1. Click the **Add** button at the top left of the page
2. Select the **ID Type** from the dropdown, options include BVN, NIN, Email, TIN, and Phone Number
3. Enter the **Number** corresponding to the selected ID type
4. Enter a **Message** describing the reason for the sanction
5. Click **Save** to add the entry

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the **Filter** button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click **Apply** to display the filtered results
