# Terminal Whitelist

The Terminal Whitelist page allows you to register terminal IDs and serial numbers that are approved to operate within Udara360. A terminal must be whitelisted before it can be fully profiled and activated for use. You can add terminals individually or whitelist an entire merchant's terminal stock in bulk. This guide will walk you through all actions available on the Terminal Whitelist page.

## Accessing Terminal Whitelist

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **E-Channels** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Terminal Management** and Select **Terminal Whitelist** from the dropdown list

## Adding a Terminal to the Whitelist

1. Click the **Add** button at the top left of the page
2. Enter the **Terminal ID**
3. Enter the **Serial Number**
4. Click **Save** to add the terminal to the whitelist

## Whitelisting Terminals in Bulk

1. Click the **Whitelist Bulk** button at the top left of the page
2. Select the **Merchant** from the dropdown
3. Click **Whitelist Bulk** to whitelist all terminals registered under that merchant at once

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the **Filter** button at the top right of the page
2. Enter the **Terminal ID** or **Serial Number**, select an **Is Profiled status**, and set a **Start Date** and **End Date**
3. Click **Apply** to display the filtered results
