# Savings Pocket Setup

The Savings Pocket Setup page allows you to configure the savings types available to customers through the internet banking channel in Udara360, mapping each savings type to the product and tenure settings that apply when a customer creates a savings pocket. Three savings types are available: Frequent Savings, Flex Savings, and Auto Savings. Each can be linked to a product and independently activated or deactivated. This guide will walk you through managing savings pocket configurations.

## Accessing Savings Pocket Setup

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **E-Channels** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Internet Banking** and Select **Savings Pocket Setup** from the dropdown list

The page displays three **pre-configured savings type** rows, each with the following **fields**:

| Field                   | Description                                                                                                                 |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Savings Type            | The name of the savings type; Frequent Savings, Flex Savings, or Auto Savings. This field is pre-set and cannot be changed. |
| Product                 | The product linked to this savings type, selected from the dropdown                                                         |
| Product Code            | Populates automatically based on the selected product                                                                       |
| Deactivate Savings Type | Toggle to deactivate this savings type from the internet banking channel                                                    |

The **Frequent Savings** row includes three additional fields:

| Field                    | Description                                                                  |
| ------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Tenure                   | The duration of the savings pocket in months                                 |
| Applicable Interest Rate | The interest rate applied to this savings type                               |
| Part Liquidation Charge  | The charge applied when a customer partially liquidates their savings pocket |

## Editing the Configuration

1. Click the **Edit** button at the bottom of the page
2. Update the **Product,** **Tenure**, **Applicable Interest Rate**, **Part Liquidation Charge**, or **Deactivate Savings Type** toggle for each savings type as required
3. Click **Save** Changes to apply the updates
