# Internet Banking Enrolment

The Internet Banking Enrolment page allows you to enrol an individual customer onto the internet banking channel within Udara360 by searching for their account and creating an internet banking profile for them. This is typically done on behalf of a customer who visits a branch or contacts support to request internet banking access, rather than self-enrolling through the app or web portal. Once enrolled, the customer can log in and access the channel immediately. This guide will walk you through the enrolment process.

## Accessing Internet Banking Enrolment

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **E-Channels** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Internet Banking** and Select **Internet Banking Enrolmen**t from the dropdown list

## Enrolling a Customer

1. Enter the customer's Account Number in the search field
2. Click **Search**; a Customer Details modal will appear showing the Customer ID, Account Name, and Account Number linked to that account
3. Confirm the details are correct; the page will then display the following read-only account information:

| Field          | Description                              |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Customer ID    | The customer's unique identifier         |
| Account Name   | The name on the account                  |
| Account Number | The account number entered in the search |
| Email Address  | The email address on the account         |
| Branch Name    | The branch the account belongs to        |
| Account Type   | The type of account                      |

4. Click **Create** Internet Banking Profile to complete the enrolment
