# Enroll Corporate Profile

The Enroll Corporate Profile page allows you to set up internet banking access for corporate customers within Udara360. Unlike individual enrolments, corporate profiles require additional configuration, including group members, mandate rules, and transaction limits, to reflect the multi-signatory nature of corporate accounts. Once enrolled, a corporate customer can access the internet banking channel with the access controls defined during setup. This guide will walk you through enrolling a corporate customer and managing existing corporate profiles.

## Accessing Enroll Corporate Profile

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **E-Channels** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Internet Banking** and Select **Enroll Corporate Profile** from the dropdown list

## Enrolling a Corporate Profile

The enrolment process follows two steps; **account lookup**, then **account details confirmation.**

#### **Account Number**

1. Click the **Add** button at the top left of the page
2. Enter the **Account Number**
3. Click **Next:** a Customer Details modal will appear showing the Customer ID, Account Name, and Account Number linked to that account
4. Confirm the details are correct and proceed

#### **Account Details**

The following fields are pre-populated from the account record and available for review or adjustment:

| Field                    | Description                                     |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Customer ID              | The customer's unique identifier; read-only     |
| Account Name             | The name on the account; read-only              |
| Account Number           | The account number entered in Step 1; read-only |
| Account Type             | The account type; read-only                     |
| Branch                   | The branch the account belongs to               |
| Product Type             | The product associated with the account         |
| Account Status           | The current status of the account               |
| Account Officer          | The officer assigned to the account             |
| Account Tier Level       | The KYC tier of the account                     |
| Access Level             | The access level for internet banking           |
| Sector Code              | The economic sector of the account              |
| Category of Account      | The account category                            |
| Delivery Mode            | The statement delivery mode                     |
| Frequency                | The statement frequency                         |
| Minimum Balance Required | The minimum balance requirement                 |
| Currency                 | The account currency                            |
| Reference Number         | An optional reference number                    |
| IPPIS/Oracle ID          | An optional IPPIS or Oracle identifier          |

* Toggle **Override Product Applicable Interest** or **Override Product Applicable Fee** if the standard product settings should not apply.
* Select the notification preference; **E-Mail**, **SMS**, or both under Notify via.
* The **Group Members** table lists all customers linked to the corporate account, showing Customer ID, Name, Phone Number, and Email.
* The **Mandate Information** table lists the mandate signatories, showing Customer ID, Full Name, Passport, and Signature. Select the relevant signatories using the checkboxes.
* The second **Mandate Information** table shows the signing rule, Limit type, and Amount.
* Click **Create Account** to complete the enrolment

## Viewing or Deactivating a Corporate Profile

1. In the **Actions** column, click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the profile you want to update&#x20;
2. Select **View** to see the full profile details, or&#x20;
3. **Deactivate** to disable the corporate profile.

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the **Filter** button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click **Apply** to display the filtered results
