Route Config

The Route Config page allows you to view the routing configurations that connect Udara360 to third-party card processing providers, such as ISWCardFusion, Providus, and Arca. These configurations determine how card transactions are routed to the correct provider behind the scenes, and while they're set up by the platform provider rather than created here, you can still view, modify, or regenerate the keys associated with each one. This guide will walk you through managing Route Config.

Accessing Route Config

1. Log into the application using your credentials.

2. From the dashboard, navigate to E-Channels in the side menu.

3. Expand Cards and Select Route Config from the dropdown list

📌This page does not display an Add button, routing configurations are set up directly by the platform provider and managed here rather than created from this screen.

Managing a Route Configuration

1. In the Actions column, click the three vertical dots next to the configuration you want to action

2. Select Modify to update the configuration, or

3. View to see the full details, or

4. Generate Key Pairs to create new provider keys, or

5. Deactivate to disable the configuration

Filtering the Records

1. Click the Filter button at the top right of the page

2. Enter your preferred filter criteria

3. Click Apply to display the filtered results

📌Click Reset Filter to clear all applied filters and return to the full list.
