# Batch Upload Posting Tracer

The Batch Upload Posting Tracer gives you a record of all transactions processed through the batch upload channel in Udara360. Each entry shows the tracking reference, posting reference, any system message returned during processing, the initiator, the approver, and the current status. Use this page to investigate failed postings, verify completed batch transactions, or confirm that a specific upload was processed successfully. This guide will walk you through accessing and exporting the Batch Upload Posting Tracer.

## Accessing Batch Upload Posting Tracer

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Upload** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Upload** and Select **Batch Upload Posting Tracer** from the dropdown list

## Exporting the Records

1. Click the **Export** button at the top left of the page
2. Select your preferred format; **CSV** or **Excel**
3. The file will download automatically to your device

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the Filter button at the top right of the page
2. Enter your preferred filter criteria
3. Click Apply to display the filtered results
