# Batch Individual Customer

The Batch Individual Customer page allows you to create multiple individual customer profiles at once by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. Rather than onboarding customers one by one, you can prepare all customer data in the provided template and submit it in a single upload. This guide will walk you through the batch individual customer creation process.

## Accessing Batch Individual Customer

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Upload** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Upload** and Select **Batch Individual Customer**  from the dropdown list

## Creating Individual Customers in Bulk

1. Click **Download Batch Individual Customer Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your customer data and save the file in [**.xlsx**](/core-features/data-upload/batch-individual-customer.md#creating-individual-customers-in-bulk) **format**
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area
4. Toggle **Enable Preview** to review the file contents before submission if required
5. Click **Create Customers;** a confirmation modal will appear asking: **"Are you sure you want to Create Batch Individual Customers?"**
6. Click **confirm** to proceed; a success banner will confirm how many customer profiles were created
