# Batch Account Creation

The Batch Account Creation page allows you to create multiple customer accounts at once by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. Rather than adding accounts one by one, you can prepare all account data in the provided template and submit it in a single upload. This guide will walk you through the batch account creation process.

## Accessing Batch Account Creation

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Upload** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Upload** and Select **Batch Account Creation** from the dropdown list

## Creating Accounts in Bulk

1. Click **Download Batch Account Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your account data and save the file in [**.xlsx** ](/core-features/data-upload/batch-account-creation.md#creating-accounts-in-bulk)**format**
3. Click **Browse** or drag and drop the completed file into the upload area
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and create the accounts
