Pre-Generate Accounts
The Pre-Generate Accounts page allows you to generate a batch of account numbers in advance for a selected product, without yet linking them to specific customers. This is useful during migration preparation, where a defined number of account numbers need to be reserved for a particular product before the customer data is uploaded. This guide will walk you through the pre-generation process.
Accessing Pre-Generate Accounts
Log into the application using your credentials.
From the dashboard, navigate to Data Migration in the side menu.
Expand Data Migration and Select Pre-Generate Accounts from the dropdown list
Pre-Generating Account Numbers
Select the Product Code from the dropdown; this is the product for which account numbers will be pre-generated
Enter the number of accounts to generate in the Counts field
Click Generate, a confirmation modal will appear asking: "Are you sure you want to Pre-Generate Accounts?"
Click confirm to proceed
📌The Counts field is required. You must enter a valid number before clicking Generate.
