Overdraft Account

The Overdraft Account page allows you to migrate existing overdraft account details and limits into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. This is used during system migration to carry across all overdraft accounts from a previous system without recreating them individually. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

Accessing Overdraft Account

1. Log into the application using your credentials.

2. From the dashboard, navigate to Data Migration in the side menu.

3. Expand Data Migration and Select Overdraft Account from the dropdown list

Migrating Overdraft Accounts

1. Click Download Account Overdraft Migration Format to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template

2. Populate the template with your overdraft account data and save the file in .xlsx format

3. Click Browse or drag and drop the completed file into the upload area

4. Click Upload to submit the file and migrate the accounts
