# Overdraft Account

The Overdraft Account page allows you to migrate existing overdraft account details and limits into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. This is used during system migration to carry across all overdraft accounts from a previous system without recreating them individually. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing Overdraft Account

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Overdraft Account** from the dropdown list

## Migrating Overdraft Accounts

1. Click **Download Account Overdraft Migration Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your overdraft account data and save the file in **.xlsx** format
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and migrate the accounts
