# Loan Schedule

The Loan Schedule page allows you to import existing loan repayment schedules into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. This is used when loan accounts have already been migrated without schedules, and the repayment terms need to be brought across separately. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing Loan Schedule

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Loan Schedule** from the dropdown list

## Migrating Loan Schedules

1. Click **Download Loan Schedule Migration Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your loan schedule data and save the file in **.xlsx** format
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and migrate the schedules
