# Loan Account

The Loan Account page allows you to migrate existing loan account information into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. Before uploading, you can choose whether the system should automatically generate repayment schedules for the migrated loans using the Should Create Schedules toggle. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing Loan Account

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Loan Account** from the dropdown list

## Migrating Loan Accounts

1. Click **Download Loan Account Migration Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your loan account data and save the file in **.xlsx** format
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area
4. Toggle Should Create Schedules on if you want the system to automatically generate repayment schedules for the migrated loans, or leave it off to migrate the loan accounts without schedules
5. Click **Upload** to submit the file and migrate the accounts
