# Individual Customer Account Creation

The Individual Customer Account Creation page allows you to migrate individual customer profiles and their associated account details into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. This is used during system migration to bring across existing individual customer accounts without recreating them one by one. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing Individual Customer Account Creation

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Individual Customer Account Creation** from the dropdown list

## Migrating Individual Customer Accounts

1. Click **Download Individual Customer Account Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your customer data and save the file in **.xlsx** format
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and migrate the accounts
