# Group Member Mapping

The Group Member Mapping page allows you to associate individual customers with their respective group accounts in Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. This step is typically completed after group customer accounts have been created, to establish the membership links between individual customers and their groups. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing Group Member Mapping

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Group Member Mapping** from the dropdown list

## Mapping Group Members

1. Click **Download Group Member Mapping Migration Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your group member data and save the file in **.xlsx** format
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and apply the member mappings
