# Group Customer Account Creation

The Group Customer Account Creation page allows you to migrate group customer profiles and their associated account details into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. Each row in the template represents a group customer, with fields covering the group's identity, contact information, mandate rules, account configuration, and notification preferences. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing Group Customer Account Creation

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Group Customer Account Creation** from the dropdown list

## Migrating Group Customer Accounts

1. Click **Download Group Customer Account Format to download** the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your group customer data and save the file in **.xlsx** format, the template includes fields for the group's identity details, contact information, mandate and signatory configuration, account settings, and notification preferences
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area, the preview table will display the file contents for review before submission
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and migrate the accounts
