# GL Creation

The GL Creation page allows you to create multiple General Ledger accounts in Udara360 at once by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. Rather than setting up each GL account individually, you can prepare all account data in the provided template and submit it in a single upload. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing GL Creation

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **GL Creation** from the dropdown list

## Migrating GL Accounts

1. Click **Download GL Creation Migration Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your GL account data and save the file in **.xlsx** format
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and create the GL accounts
