GL Creation
The GL Creation page allows you to create multiple General Ledger accounts in Udara360 at once by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. Rather than setting up each GL account individually, you can prepare all account data in the provided template and submit it in a single upload. This guide will walk you through the migration process.
Accessing GL Creation
Log into the application using your credentials.
From the dashboard, navigate to Data Migration in the side menu.
Expand Data Migration and Select GL Creation from the dropdown list
Migrating GL Accounts
Click Download GL Creation Migration Format to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
Populate the template with your GL account data and save the file in .xlsx format
Click Browse or drag and drop the completed file into the upload area
Click Upload to submit the file and create the GL accounts
