GL Balance
The GL Balance page allows you to migrate existing General Ledger account balances into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. This ensures that GL balances from a previous system are accurately carried over into the platform during migration. This guide will walk you through the migration process.
Accessing GL Balance
Log into the application using your credentials.
From the dashboard, navigate to Data Migration in the side menu.
Expand Data Migration and Select GL Balance from the dropdown list
Migrating GL Balances
Click Download GL Balance Migration Format to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
Populate the template with your GL balance data and save the file in .xlsx format
Click Browse or drag and drop the completed file into the upload area
Click Upload to submit the file and migrate the balances
