# Fixed Deposit Account

The Fixed Deposit Account page allows you to import existing fixed deposit account details and their associated terms into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. This is used during migration to bring across all fixed deposit accounts from a previous system without having to recreate them individually. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing Fixed Deposit Account

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Fixed Deposit Account** from the dropdown list

## Migrating Fixed Deposit Accounts

1. Click **Download Fixed Deposit Migration Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your fixed deposit data and save the file in **.xlsx** format
3. Click **Browse** or drag and drop the completed file into the upload area
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and migrate the accounts
