# Customer Balance

The Customer Balance page allows you to import existing customer account balances into Udara360 by uploading a pre-formatted spreadsheet file. This is typically used during a system migration to ensure that all customer balances are accurately reflected in the platform from the point of go-live. This guide will walk you through the migration process.

## Accessing Customer Balance 

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Customer Balance** from the dropdown list

## Migrating Customer Balances

1. Click **Download Customer Balance Migration Format** to download the pre-formatted spreadsheet template
2. Populate the template with your customer balance data and save the file in[ .xlsx](/core-features/data-migration/customer-balance.md) format
3. Click **Browse** or **drag and drop** the completed file into the upload area
4. Click **Upload** to submit the file and migrate the balances
