# Batch Individual Customer Creation Tracer

The Batch Individual Customer Creation Tracer gives you a record of all batch individual customer creation jobs that have been processed in Udara360. Each entry shows the bank code, total records submitted, how many were processed successfully, how many failed, the number of attempts made, and the final status of the job. Use this page to monitor the outcome of a batch customer upload or investigate records that failed to process. This guide will walk you through accessing and filtering the tracer.

## Accessing Batch Individual Customer Creation Tracer

1. Log into the application using your credentials.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to **Data Migration** in the side menu.
3. Expand **Data Migration** and Select **Batch Individual Customer Creation Tracer** from the dropdown list

## Viewing or Retrying a Job Record

In the Actions column, click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the record you want to action and select from the following:

| Action               | Description                                                                    |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| View                 | View the full details of the job record, including individual record outcomes. |
| Retry Failed Records | Resubmit the records that failed to process in the original job run.           |

## Filtering the Records

1. Click the **Filter** button at the top right of the page
2. Set a **Date From** and **Date To** range, and select a **Status** from the dropdown
3. Click **Apply** to display the filtered results

> :pushpin:Click Reset Filter to clear all applied filters and return to the full list. Click Refresh to reload the page and check for newly completed jobs.
