Standing Order
A standing order is an instruction to automatically transfer a fixed amount or percentage from one account to another, on a recurring schedule you define. The Standing Order page lets you create new standing orders, monitor their status, and activate, deactivate, or modify them as needed.
Accessing Standing Order
Log into the application using your credentials.
From the dashboard, navigate to Accounts in the side menu.
Expand Accounts and Select Standing Order from the dropdown list.

Creating A Standing Order
To create a new standing order:
Click the Add button at the top of the page
Enter the Order Name
Select the Order Type and Transaction Type
Enter the Amount and/or Percentage Value
Select For How Long, Order To Be Triggered Every, Order Frequency, and Over How Many Cycles
Enter the Tenure
Set the Start Date and End Date
Search for and select the Debit Account and Credit Account, then select the Debit Branch and Credit Branch
Enter the Debit Narration and Credit Narration
Optional: toggle Allow Force Debit on to permit the debit even where it would exceed available balance
Click Save

Managing A Standing Order
To manage an existing standing order:
In the Actions column, click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the order you wish to manage
Select the appropriate option:
View; see the order's full details
Modify; edit the order's details (see below)
Activate; reactivate an InActive order, or Deactivate; pause an Active order (the option shown depends on the order's current status)
To modify a standing order:
Select Modify from the Actions dropdown
In the Edit Standing Order modal, update the necessary fields
Click Update
Click "Yes, I want to proceed" to confirm the update, or "No, thanks" to cancel
To activate or deactivate a standing order:
Select Activate or Deactivate from the Actions dropdown
Click "Yes, I want to proceed" to confirm, or "No, thanks" to cancel
Filtering The Records
To filter the standing order records:
Click the Filter button at the top right of the page
Enter or select any combination of: Order Name, Debit Account Number, Debit Account Name, Credit Account Number, Credit Account Name, Order Type, Transaction Type, Order Frequency, Start Date, End Date, Status, and Is Force Debit
Click Apply
📌Click Reset Filter to clear all applied filters and return to the full list.
Exporting Records
To export the standing order records:
Click the Export button at the top right of the page
Select your preferred format: CSV or Excel
