Re-assign Account Officer

The Re-assign Account Officer page allows you to transfer all accounts managed by one officer to another. This is useful when an officer is deactivated, changes roles, or when accounts need to be redistributed across your team. This guide will walk you through the full reassignment process.
Navigate to Accounts in the left sidebar
Expand Account Officer
Select Re-assign Account Officer

Click the Select Old Account Officer dropdown and select the officer whose accounts you want to reassign
Click Search, the Account Officer Information section will expand, displaying the officer's Name, Branch Name, Staff ID, Gender, Phone Number, Supervisor, Status, and Address
Click the Select New Account Officer dropdown and select the officer who will take over the accounts
Click Search to load the new officer's details
Click Reassign to complete the reassignment

You can also select multiple officers and reassign their accounts all at once.
